Planning Process

All events with Southern Flair receive our three step planning process to ensure every event is exactly as envisioned…even better than that actually. We work not only hand in hand with you, but your other event professionals t0 promote a seamless event planning process but most importantly a perfectly executed STRESS FREE event day of.

There‘s nothing worse than planning the best day of your life and not having a connection with the person(s) handling your entertainment, or even worse... NOT KNOWING WHO THEY ARE! Building a relationship and connection with your DJ/MC adds another element of comfortability leading up to and most importantly the day of the event. In this session were going to cover all key aspects of the day to allow us to know your vision & event from top to bottom.

Let’s be honest, there’s a lot of moving parts involved with planning an event and the last thing you should worry about on the special day are the formalities of the event or the music.

During this session you’ll cover a timeline of events, atmospheric expectations, music for those key moments as well as cover the other professionals involved with the day. This allows your entertainment team to work smoothly with your other professionals & promote a cohesive workflow between your event professionals. The goal of this review session is to pave the musical soundtrack & landscape of the day. Leaving you as STRESS FREE as possible!

We’re getting so close to the special day! The event is almost here and there may be a few last minute decisions to be made or a few changes to the plans (it happens ALL THE TIME) that need to happen. No matter what may need to be tackled the purpose of this meeting is to button up all of the final details and take that sigh of relief because it’s done… it's time to PARTY!
